The client and/or its representative, by typing "I Agree" in check out, agree that all reports will be submitted and received subject to the following conditions.

Fees and Refund Policy
Fees for use of DetectFraud.com are posted on the various search pages. You agree to pay the fees associated with your use of our services by providing us with a valid credit card, unless approved for monthly billing. You hereby certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card. You understand that we take credit card fraud and non-payment very seriously, and we may work with law enforcement agencies and private parties to address these issues if they occur. We further reserve the right to suspend service to any delinquent account without notice. If you have questions about our fees, please contact us before you complete any search. You are responsible for (and must pay for) all use of our services made by individuals using your account. If you suspect that unauthorized use of your account is taking place, you must notify us immediately. DetectFraud.com will use reasonable efforts to deliver the information services to its customers, and to compile information gathered from selected public records and other sources; provided, however, customer accepts all information "AS IS". All purchases are final with no refunds.

Noncommercial Clients
As a noncommercial client, I acknowledge that any reports obtained from you may not be used for employment or tenant screening purposes, extension of credit or any other consumer or business related purpose. I further agree that I will not use the information obtained from you to stalk an individual or to violate any local, state or federal law that governs the United States of America.

Commercial Clients
All reports will be kept confidential, except as required by law, no information from reports will be revealed to the person reported on or to any other person, except a person whose duty requires him to pass on the transaction in relation to which the report is ordered. No information will be requested for the use of any other person. Requests for report information from the person reported on, or his representative, will be referred to you for disclosure as provided under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable laws.

I certify that these reports will be ordered only when intended to be used as a factor in establishing a consumer's eligibility for employment purposes, volunteer services, new or continued credit, collection of an account, insurance, or otherwise in connection with an legitimate business need in connection with a transaction involving the consumer. I also agree that we will comply with any applicable state requirements concerning access or use of credit reports, motor vehicle reports, worker's compensation reports, criminal reports, or any other information governed by individual states. I agree that any and all consumer reporting requests will only be sumbitted if there is a signed release by the applicant. In this regard, we will cooperate with you in monitoring our use of such reports.

Commercial and Noncommercial Clients
I, as the authorized individual ordering this report, agree to hold you and your affiliated companies, any companies and their affiliates, from whom you obtain these reports, and your and their officers, agents, employees, and independent contractors, harmless from and against any expense or damage resulting from the publishing, by me or my associates, of report information, contrary to these conditions.

Recognizing that information is secured by and through fallible human sources and that the fee charged by you cannot be an insurer of the accuracy of the information, I understand and agree that the accuracy of any information furnished is not guaranteed by you, and I release you and your affiliated companies, and companies and their affiliates from which you obtain these reports, and your and their officers, agents, employees, and independent contractors, from liability for any negligence in connection with the preparation of such reports and from any loss and expense suffered by us, resulting directly or indirectly, from your reports or those of your affiliated companies or those of any companies or affiliates from whom you obtain such reports.

I agree that we will pay all bills for service according to your rate schedule in effect at the time such services are rendered, within fifteen days from the date of invoice and one and one half percent interest per month late charge, for payment made past that date.

I understand and agree that this letter constitutes all conditions of service and of reporting, present and future, and applies to all reports made by you and by your affiliated companies to us. No changes in these conditions may be made, except by consent, in writing, by an officer of Essential Services, Inc., or by any successor corporation or entity. This agreement may be cancelled at any time by thirty days written notice, by either party, but such cancellation shall not terminate our obligation to pay for services previously rendered by you.
