How do I apply for your services?
Click on Membership Application and download the application. Please be advised that any attempt to fraudelently gain access our services is reported to law enforcement agencies.

How long does it take for approval?
Within four business days.

There are no start up fees.

Are there minimum fees?
There are no monthly minimum fees. You pay for what you order.

How do I order reports?
You are assigned a password that will allow you to order online. You may also order by facsimile or telephone.

May I request a quote prior to applying?
Certainly. Click on Quote for a no obligation quote.

Are quoted prices guaranteed?
Yes, for a period of nine months.

Are Volume discounts available?
Yes. Your account is also evaluated quarterly to determine if discounts are warranted.

May I cancel my account at any time?
Yes - you may either stop ordering reports or you may request that you account be closed.

Can my account be cancelled by you at any time?
The account may only be canceled if the client has been found to be in violation of the FCRA and other laws that govern the use of this service.

Yes, if your company orders in excess of 50 reports monthly and is credit qualified.

May I pay by credit card?
Certainly. Small business accounts are required to pay by credit or debit card.

Are bundled reports offered?
Certainly. We custom bundle the reports based on your needs.

May I order reports in the commercial categories?
No, you must be an approved commercial client.

Why can't I order reports in the commercial categories?
The FCRA and laws that govern the use of these reports are restrictive. Consumers may only order reports in the Private Sector

May I apply for a commercial account?
Yes. Small businesses are treated with equal respect. Click on Contact Us and indicate that you wish to open a commercial account.

May I request a quote?
No. Unfortunately we are unable provide quotes to retail/consumer clients.

May I use these reports for business purposes?
All reports ordered in the Private Sector may not be used for any business purposes. The Private Sector client must agree to this, prior to check out.

It varies from same day to four business days, depending on the product ordered.

Are credit card transactions secure?
This site utilizes the industry standard for secure credit card transactions. The information provided on applicants being searched, is also secure.
