Employment Verification	$10.00	This employment background check confirms dates of employment, position held, and whatever additional information the employer is willing to release. Turnaround time is predicated on the response of the employer. If the employer utilizes a Database Agent for verification, a service fee of $9 is added. Education Verification	$10.00	This employment background check product confirms degree and dates of attendance. Turnaround time averages three days, but make take up to two weeks if a transcript is requested. If the school utilizes a database agent, a $5 service fee is added.
Employment Credit Report	$11.00	The credit report is utilized for employment background check purposes only and is obtained from TransUnion. Turnaround time is same day, if requested.
Professional License Verification	$10.00	This employment screening service indicates if the individual possesses a state registered professional license. Turnaround time is within twenty-four hours, if desired.
Corporate Records	$10.00	This employment screening services product checks on independent contractors whom claim to be employees of their corporations. The corporate record search indicates if a corporation is registered with the state, the date the corporation was formed, the name and address of the registered agent, registered officers, and if the corporation is active. If desired, turnaround time is within twenty-four hours.
FL Worker’s Compensation	$7.00	Claim information is available from other states. Due to individual state limitations, the client will need to query us in regards to availability, restrictions, and costs. Some states are quite restrictive and require information such as date of injury and state provided releases. Turnaround time may vary up to two weeks.
SS# Trace	$4.00	Provides up-to-date information on an applicants past addresses and movement patterns based on name and social security number (SSN). In addition to verifying and returning information on a SSN, the report provides the following: full name and/or alternate names used by an applicant, dates at listed addresses, age/date of birth, and available phone information. The SS# Trace is an investigative starting point that provides a more complete background search when combined with additional screening services.
Motor Vehicle Reports	$5.00	Motor vehicle reports are available form all states. This service fee excludes DMV State Fees which are additional. Our DMV Releasemust be signed by the applicant. Turnaround time is from same day to two days.
National MedClear Pro	$7.00	An enhanced version of MedCLEAR PRO that searches the listed federal sources, state agencies across the 50 states, and includes the Global Report.
MedClear PRO	$5.00	Provides sanction information on health care organizations from the following federal sources: Office of Inspector General (OIG), General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Drug Administration (FDA) Debarments, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Tri-Care (Formerly Champus).
MedCheck ORG	$5.00	Provides sanction information on health care organizations. This search meets the requirements for screening by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Compliance Program with information from the following data sources: OIG, General Services Administration, Federal Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, and Tri-Care (formally Champus).
National MedClear ORG	$7.00	An enhanced version of MedCLEAR PRO that searches the listed federal sources, state agencies across the 50 states, and includes the Global Report.
Form I-9 Compliance	$9.00	Form I-9 Compliance is the first federally-approved Designated Agent of the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration for Form I-9 employment verifications. Our proprietary system and software integration with the federal government’s Employment Verification Program (EVP) allows employers to quickly and accurately verify new employees’ legal right to work. We are able to check Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) databases and provide a unique DHS-issued verification number. In addition to new employee verifications, Form I-9 Compliance can also help you identify current employees with mis-matched Social Security numbers through the SSA’s Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS).
