Youth Volunteer Screening 2	$21.00	This volunteer screening products provides the same as the above, however the product includes one county criminal court search, and includes court access fees. The county jurisdiction is obtained from the SS# Trace. Excludes New York counties and certain jurisdictions that have excessive court access charges.
SS# Trace	$4.00	Provides up-to-date information on an applicants past addresses and movement patterns based on name and social security number (SSN). In addition to verifying and returning information on a SSN, the report provides the following: full name and/or alternate names used by an applicant, dates at listed addresses, age/date of birth, and available phone information. The SS# Trace is an investigative starting point that provides a more complete background search when combined with additional screening services.
Motor Vehicle Reports	$5.00	Motor vehicle reports are available form all states. This service fee excludes DMV State Fees which are additional. Our DMV Releasemust be signed by the applicant. Turnaround time is from same day to two days.
