Tenant Screening Services 2	$24.00	This tenant screening package includes a Consumer Credit Report from Transunion, with credit score; a National Criminal Record Database search, which includes criminal searches of all alias names detected; a Social Security Trace, which is used to verify identity; and a National Tenant Eviction database search. Tenant Screening Services 3	$16.00	This residential tenant screening package is the same as above but excludes the Tenant Eviction Database.
Tenant Resident History	$10.00	This tenant screening service verifies tenant resident history and indicates if the applicant paid as agreed. The landlord is contacted. Turnaround time is dependent on the timely response of the landlord.
Employment Verification	$10.00	This tenant screening service confirms dates of employment, and salary. Turnaround time is predicated on the timely response time of the employer.
Tenant Eviction Records	$8.00	Specifically designed for multifamily housing communities, National RegistryCHECK helps select the best residents. This service includes exclusive access to the largest database of landlord-tenant records, critical information not available from credit reports alone. National RegistryCHECK uses sophisticated search logic to automatically compare an applicant to information in our databases. Immediately, a comprehensive easy-to-read report delivers a summary of past court actions, prior landlord inquiries, and landlord-reported history.
County Civil Records	$27.00	This civil record background check indicates past or current county civil law suits, civil judgments from either the lower or upper county courts. This is not a database search. Turnaround time may range up to four business days, depending on the county accessed.
Corporate Records	$15.00	This tenant screening tool indicates if a corporation is registered with the state, the date the corporation was formed, the name and address of the registered agent, registered officers, and if the corporation is active. If desired, turnaround time is within twenty-four hours.
Credit Report	$11.00	The credit report is obtained from Transunion, and includes a credit score, and a summary which indicates the number of positive and negative references, public records, judgments, number of accounts opened and closed, types of credit, percentage of revolving credit available, and revolving balance total. A signed release is required for access. Turnaround time is within two hours.
Bankruptcy Check	$10.00	The bankruptcy record check indicates if there is a bankruptcy filing and the discharge date. The bankruptcy record check also provides a summary and list of creditors. If desired, the turnaround time is same day.
SS# Trace	$4.00	Provides up-to-date information on an applicants past addresses and movement patterns based on name and social security number (SSN). In addition to verifying and returning information on a SSN, the report provides the following: full name and/or alternate names used by an applicant, dates at listed addresses, age/date of birth, and available phone information. The SS# Trace is an investigative starting point that provides a more complete background search when combined with additional screening services.
